Operation requirements
For products with welding pin structure, when welding the welding pin, the welding area should be controlled within 3mm of the top of the lead rod, the welding temperature should be 280±5℃, and the welding time should not be more than 3s each time.
Before using the switch, make sure that the RF connector is clean and free of excess material.
When the microwave switch is switched, the microwave output ports should not have microwave power signals, so as to avoid burning the connected instruments and equipments.
The microwave port not connected to the circuit should be terminated with a matching load or waveguide load with an impedance of 50 ohms.
When energizing the switch, make sure that the positive and negative terminals of the switch are accurately connected to the positive and negative terminals of the power supply.
When the switch is not used for a long period of time, the RF connector should be protected by a protective cap and protective tape should be applied to the ventilation holes.
The connection and unloading of the RF port should be carried out with the help of a force-limiting wrench.
Use the pulse signal in accordance with the detailed specification to energize the coil, and prohibit the use of DC signal to energize the coil for a long period of time, so as to avoid overheating of the coil.
All screws on the product should not be loosened or tightened.
The product should be used in a cleanliness of 100,000 (and above), humidity within the range of 30% - 60% of the environment, please wear a protective cover when operating, and take appropriate measures to prevent static electricity.
